What do you want out of life? It is a question I am sure all of us have thought about on our life’s journey at one time or another.

For some of us the answer comes easily yet for others, it takes a lifetime to figure out. Of course it is easy to simply just go through the motions of doing what is comfortable and familiar to us. But for those of you who seek fulfillment, who want to do more, the following questions will assist you to realize what you want to do with your life.

1) What are you most passionate about?

The very first step to living a more fulfilling life is to think about those things that you’re passionate about. What do you love? What fulfills you? What “work” do you do that doesn’t feel like work? Maybe you enjoy writing like me, maybe you love working with animals too or maybe you are a skilled photographer or crafts person.

The simple point of this question is to figure out what you love doing, then do more of it! 🙂

2) What have been your greatest accomplishments in life thus far?

Sit back for a few minutes and think about your past experiences and the things in your life that you are most proud of.  Ask yourself ‘How did those accomplishments make me feel?’
I am certain that you are now recollecting the wonderful feeling that it created within your heart and soul and the positivity that exuded from you, placing a proverbial ‘bounce in your step’ at that particular time!

So why not try and emulate those experiences and feelings?

Continue to do the things that have been most fulfilling for you’.

3) What would you do and what would you do if your life had no limits?

“Think about what you would do if you had no limits. if you had all the money and time in the world, where would you go? What would you do? Who would you spend time with?”

“These answers can help you figure out what you want to do with your life. It doesn’t mean you need millions of dollars to be happy though. What it does mean is answering these questions will help you set goals to reach certain milestones and create a path toward happiness and fulfillment.”

This leads nicely into our next question

4) What are my goals in life?

Goals are a necessary component to set you up for a happy future and a ‘Good Life’.
So answer these questions:

Once you figure out the answers to each of these, you’ll have a much better idea of what you should do with your life.

So take the first step toward improving your life. You won’t regret it!
