Live your Life List. Do you have a list of what you would like to do in life…. goals to achieve…. commonly called a Bucket list?
Have you ever really thought about the term Bucket List’? The correct definition is a list of things to do before you die…before you kick the proverbial bucket! Now doesn’t that sound a tad negative and depressing?
The problem is not with the actual list of life’s achievements you desire, it is just that a ‘Bucket List’ requires you to cross off each achievement as you do them; and as you fulfill your list you are preparing to die…and die happy!? How morbid!!! Sure, in time we will all pass over but why consider it as a count down to the end?
I actually choose to call it my ‘Live my Life List’…. things I wish to do In life. Indeed I may do them again and again especially if they are enjoyable 😉 Why limit oneself to one experience?
Your list should actually be endless and its role is to fill your life with excitement and wonder as there is so much to experience out there beyond your current experiences and that safety bubble you call ‘your world’.
Push out or break out from the bubble but do it and do it now! Find ways, set goals and plan. Indeed plans change, evolve and may create new opportunities yet whatever you do, do not sit around in mediocrity making excuses and blaming the world.
Think of what is best for you. Incorporate others especially if they will enhance your dream by helping you achieve your own goals. Timing can be important but make the time to do it. Work around those obstacles and ensure you fulfill many of the goals from you Life List.
Size does not matter in this case 🙂 An achievement, a goal is personal and relevant to you. Ensure you learn something new everyday and share and assist others in their goals too. Indeed helping others achieve their goals is one of the most rewarding experiences you can have.
